KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) advised Icape Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in the Safa2000 Group.

Icape Germany is part of the Icape Group, which is headquartered in France. Since 1999, the group has been a supplier of printed circuit boards and customized technical parts produced in China. The company has subsidiaries in 20 countries and employs around 600 people.
