At KPMG Law, we offer our clients not only legal expertise, industry knowledge, drafting skills and negotiation skills, but also convincing representation in contentious disputes.
Ideally, the focus is on avoiding conflicts. However, if irreconcilable conflicts of interest arise, the conflicts must be analyzed, managed and resolved.
Our consulting is preventive and begins before the conflict arises. If this cannot be avoided, we develop strategies for effective and risk-oriented conflict resolution. To this end, we also work with methods of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. Of course, we also represent our clients in legal disputes and arbitration proceedings if this is necessary to protect their interests.
We combine industry expertise and many years of experience in conflict management with legal know-how in all areas of commercial law.
In our multidisciplinary consulting approach, we combine legal with technological expertise. In this way, we accompany our clients on their way to efficient and technology-supported legal enforcement.
We represent our clients in national and international civil litigation and arbitration proceedings, in mediation proceedings and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as in upstream administrative proceedings before supervisory and regulatory authorities. Our activities also include representation in proceedings for interim legal protection, preservation of evidence and enforcement.
KPMG Law assists in the verification of the beneficial owner and, if requested, subsequently makes the notification to the transparency register.
