Litigation & ADR

Conflict prevention, conflict resolution, law enforcement. Everything from a single source.

At KPMG Law, we offer our clients not only legal expertise, industry knowledge, drafting skills and negotiation skills, but also convincing representation in contentious disputes.

Ideally, the focus is on avoiding conflicts. However, if irreconcilable conflicts of interest arise, the conflicts must be analyzed, managed and resolved.

Our consulting is preventive and begins before the conflict arises. If this cannot be avoided, we develop strategies for effective and risk-oriented conflict resolution. To this end, we also work with methods of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. Of course, we also represent our clients in legal disputes and arbitration proceedings if this is necessary to protect their interests.

Consulting focus

  • Conflict Management

We combine industry expertise and many years of experience in conflict management with legal know-how in all areas of commercial law.

  • Technology-enabled law enforcement

In our multidisciplinary consulting approach, we combine legal with technological expertise. In this way, we accompany our clients on their way to efficient and technology-supported legal enforcement.

Karlsruhe Regional Court: Forest protection does not make products climate-neutral
