
KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) advised the shareholders and management of KODIAK GmbH (KODIAK) on the sale of shares to Bencis and the establishment of a strategic partnership.
KODIAK, headquartered in Hamburg, provides project management and owner engineering services for international energy and infrastructure projects. Bencis is an independent investment firm that supports entrepreneurs and management teams in achieving their growth goals.
The transaction marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between KODIAK and Bencis. Together, the parties intend to support KODIAK’s continued development and further strengthen its position in the market.
KPMG Law provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders and management of KODIAK in connection with the transaction. The advice included structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement, the shareholders’ agreement, and related transaction documents, as well as addressing corporate and legal matters related to the transaction.
