  • Ecological and social responsibility

    As company and as employees, we are committed to economically efficient, socially acceptable and ecologically effective measures that make a sustainable contribution to reducing our environmental impact. We are aware of our responsibility for future generations and therefore rely on a working style and corporate culture that always takes environmental protection into account. For instance, we are continuously working to improve the energy efficiency of our branch offices by exclusively using green electricity at all locations and we aim to further reduce paper consumption though the increasing digitalization of projects and processes.

    KPMG Law stands for social responsibility and charitable commitment – not least owing to the high number of our projects with social relevance for the public sector. We release our employees for up to four hours per month for voluntary work so that they can contribute to either one of our CSR programs or a charitable initiative of their own choosing.

  • Lunch vouchers

    Our locations offering canteen facilities provide fresh, healthy meals at discounted prices every day. For locations without a canteen, you will receive lunch vouchers for each day that you work for at least one hour at the location.

  • Group accident insurance

    For accidents arising during and outside of your professional work you are covered by our insurance.

  • 30 days leave

    Full-time employees are entitled to 30 days’ leave per year, with special leave added in the event of marriage, relocation, etc.

  • Equipment

    As a pioneer in the field of LegalTech, we attach great importance to innovative and modern equipment in our branch offices. In addition to the use of state-of-the-art software and hardware, this also includes a company mobile phone which you can use for calls and data services at home and abroad for work purposes. Within Germany, you can also make private use of the smartphone.

  • Continuation of salary payment in the event of illness

    After five or more years of employment at KPMG Law, we will continue to pay your full salary for six weeks in the event of illness. For service of ten or more years, this period increases to twelve weeks.

  • Fixed remuneration plus performance and results-based compensation

    Fixed salary

    KPMG Law pays a competitive gross monthly salary. The amount of the annual salary adjustment provides an opportunity to take into account your individual potential and is renegotiated annually depending on the business performance of KPMG Law

    Bonus

    You will participate in KPMG Law’s business performance through your bonus from day one. The bonus consists of a One-KPMG bonus and an individual bonus. The amount of the bonus is discussed at the annual bonus conference.

  • Company pension plan

    Together with our cooperation partners BVV and Allianz, we provide the option of a company pension plan. To this end, we have agreed special conditions for our employees in group contracts. The options available to you are direct insurance, pension fund and benevolent fund.
