This only takes a few minutes and then you can easily apply for your desired position. In addition, you can track the current status of your application at any time.

We will get back to you after an internal round of coordination. If your application has convinced us, then we would like to get to know more about you.

The 1st interview

The first personal meeting with you will deal with the following:

  • You show us your expertise from your studies and practical experience, such as internships. We are interested in your strengths. But it is also important for us to know which skills you want to develop further with us.
  • We want to know what you expect from your future employer.
  • You tell us what attracts you to KPMG Law. Why are we the right employer for you?
  • We are ready to answer your questions. Please make use of our meeting to ask us all your questions.

If we have any questions for you in advance, we will get back to you. If we have found a different area for your deployment than the one you originally applied for, we will discuss that as well before our interview.

The 2nd interview

After another round of internal coordination, a second meeting will be held. This will enable you to also get to know team members who you might work with in the future.

You have signed your employment contract and will soon be part of KPMG Law. Congratulations and welcome aboard!

We will support your entry into the team with comprehensive and structured onboarding measures, which begin immediately after you sign your contract. We aim to make your start at KPMG Law as pleasant as possible. Our onboarding process includes:

  • The KPMG Law Onboarding App

    With our KPMG Law onboarding app, you will be involved in the onboarding process from the outset and will be provided with everything you need to know about your new job. You will get a virtual impression of your office, your team and your daily routine. You will get to know your future buddy, i.e. your onboarding mentor, and learn a lot about the culture and values of KPMG Law. Another feature of the app is the countdown, which provides you with successive information about your new job with us until your start date.

  • Your Welcome Day

    At the Welcome Day, you move from the virtual world of the onboarding app to the real world of KPMG Law. On this day, you will get to know all the important tools for your new job – and also your new colleagues at a first lunch together.

  • Onboarding with your buddy

    We won’t leave you on your own: You will take your first steps at KPMG Law with a buddy. This person accompanies you through the entire initial period and gives you the orientation that is necessary in this phase. This may involve any questions that you have, information you need, or simply a professional or personal exchange – your buddy is at your side to make your entry into the team as pleasant and easy as possible. Buddies can be leaders or someone at your career level. You will already get to know your buddy via the onboarding app or on your first day in the office at the latest.
