You can apply to us at any time – even at short notice. As soon as we receive your application, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please include your earliest possible start date and preferred location with your application.
You can usually start with us at the beginning or middle of each month. However, we are also happy to make individual arrangements.
Our

is always up to date. If you do not find a suitable position there, you can also send your complete application documents (CV and references) by e-mail to de-lawrecruiting@kpmg-law.com send. Please use our application portal for your application. There you can create a profile with just a few details and send your application.
We are delighted that you are interested in a career at KPMG. In order to make the application process as simple and transparent as possible, we would like to point out that we only accept online applications. In addition, we ensure that the applicable data protection regulations are complied with.
Please use our application portal, which offers you a quick and uncomplicated way to upload your application documents and send them to us. Unfortunately, we cannot check your application outside the system.
With your application, a personal profile is automatically set up with us. With the registered e-mail address and password you can access your profile at any time and complete or update it. The data stored in your profile will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for application purposes. If you are not active for more than 12 months, your profile will be deleted for data protection reasons. You can create a new profile at any time.
For your online application, first register in our applicant portal. After registering, select the position you are interested in, click on “Apply”, log in with your registered email address and password, and fill out your profile. You can also cache your application and continue and submit it at a later time. In our applicant portal, you can also view an overview of your applications at KPMG Law and the current processing status.
All essential information that we need for a timely review of your application are marked as mandatory fields. You are welcome to provide us with additional information in the free text field at the end of your application. Here you can, for example, also enter that you are particularly interested in entering a special field.
The international higher education landscape is complex. If your university or your study program cannot be selected via the drop-down menu, close the window via the “X” and please enter the details of your university education in the free text field. This tells us how we can improve our applicant portal.
In addition to a current CV, we need the relevant (work and degree) references for the position. Alternatively, if you do not have a diploma yet, you can send your current grade summary. By the way: To promote equal opportunities, you can do without a photo in your CV.
A cover letter and photo are not mandatory for an application to KPMG Law. In this way, we want to promote equal opportunities in the application process. You can decide yourself if you want to add a cover letter and a photo to your application documents.

Many of our positions are posted at multiple KPMG Law locations, so we can often accommodate where you would prefer to work. Therefore, please indicate in your application which location you prefer.

Here we show you all the steps of the application process – from sending your application to the concrete contract offer. We will let you know exactly what to expect in the interview and how to prepare for it as soon as we coordinate the date of the interview with you.
We would like to get to know you personally and therefore prefer face-to-face interviews at one of our locations. However, if you need to travel from abroad and will have a long journey, we also offer interviews via Microsoft Teams or Skype. You are welcome to discuss this with us. We will gladly reimburse your travel expenses in the amount of the 2nd class ticket of the Deutsche Bahn. If you come by car, we will reimburse you € 0.30 per kilometer driven up to a maximum of the daily price of a 2nd class Deutsche Bahn ticket. Need a hotel stay or a flight? Then please contact your contact person briefly before booking.
You can conveniently store the costs incurred digitally via your candidate:inside profile. To do this, simply log in. Under the item “My travel expense claim” you upload your electronic receipts (e.g. your train ticket). Any questions? You can also add documents at any time after sending your application. Please register for this in the applicant portal. You will then find an overview of current applications in your profile. Click on the application to which you want to add documents. Use the “Add document” button to upload the documents you want to add.
