Increasingly complex regulatory requirements, such as extensive reporting obligations, but also legally unresolved issues can become a challenge. • Real estate financing

  We specialize in assisting with financing issues related to real estate transactions and project developments. Having advised numerous institutions, investors and companies on financing transactions, we are familiar with the particular challenges of such transactions and take them into account at an early stage of the financing process. We also negotiate loan agreement documentation for our clients. Another focus of our activities, which is currently gaining in importance, is Green Financing.

• Real estate company law

  We design and structure your real estate portfolio and its organizational structure as efficiently and tax-neutrally as possible. It is not uncommon for corporate law considerations to be necessary in preparation for a real estate transaction, which we develop and implement for you at short notice.

• Real Estate Transactions

  We assist you with legal due diligence in the context of the purchase or sale of a property, draft and negotiate the purchase agreement and prepare the necessary attachments for this purpose. We specialize in share and asset deals and also in portfolio transactions. Of course, we also accompany our clients during the notarization process.

• Infrastructure projects

  The combination of real estate law expertise with our experience in public construction law can develop its full potential particularly in infrastructure projects. In addition to highways, these include power plants and solar and wind farms.

• Insolvency-related consulting

  In some cases, real estate transactions do not follow the traditional path. Special circumstances such as company acquisitions from crisis situations and insolvency require highly individual and prudent consulting expertise. The same is true when advising landlords whose tenants are slipping into crisis. With our expertise and our specialists in the field of insolvency law, we offer you insolvency-related advice on all aspects of real estate.
