
A year and a half after MiCAR took effect, it is clear that, despite European guidelines, there are still misunderstandings regarding the requirements. KPMG Law experts Marc Pussar and Philippe Lorenz outline these misunderstandings in a guest article in the *Börsen-Zeitung*.
