In August, KPMG Law launched the chatbot “KPMG AI Chat” with generative artificial intelligence (AI). Since then, all employees, including around 330 lawyers, have been able to use OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology for their daily work in a specially protected cloud infrastructure. In addition, a real-world laboratory was set up with six partner companies to research and test AI.
