Dr. Daniel Kaut, LL.M.

Biography

Daniel Kaut joined KPMG Law in 2013 from a leading German law firm. He has almost twenty years of experience in providing legal advice to large corporations, owner-managed mid-sized companies and public sector entities on national and international M&A transactions, the formation and dissolution of joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and corporate law. Since 2020, Daniel Kaut has headed the Legal Deal Advisory solution line at KPMG Law, which comprises around fifty lawyers throughout Germany specializing in corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, restructuring and insolvency, and antitrust law.
