KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) provided comprehensive advice to the shareholders of Frerk Aggregatebau GmbH (Frerk) on the sale of all shares to DEUTZ Aktiengesellschaft (DEUTZ).

KPMG Law supported the transaction with a cross-service and cross-location team on legal issues. An interdisciplinary team from KPMG contributed its expertise in the areas of M&A, finance and tax to all transaction-related issues.

By acquiring Frerk, DEUTZ is expanding its portfolio in the field of decentralized energy supply and is benefiting in particular from the increasing use of digital technologies and the expansion of AI applications.
