Laura Klaukin studied law at the University of Hamburg. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, including positions at various international commercial law firms in Hamburg and Frankfurt in the area of corporate and investment law, as well as at the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts.
Laura Klaukin joined KPMG Law as an attorney in 2016.
Consulting focus
Laura Klaukin advises in the areas of corporate law and M&A. The main focus of her work is advising on national and international corporate transactions in connection with corporate restructurings and joint ventures as well as on all issues of partnership and corporate law. It has particular experience in cross-border transactions.
