Biography

Kilian Baum is a Senior Associate at KPMG Law. Since being admitted to the bar in 2023, he has been practicing in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this capacity, he advises national and international clients on corporate acquisitions and divestitures, reorganization and restructuring matters, and general corporate law issues.

Kilian Baum studied law at Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg, with placements at the City of Nuremberg and KPMG Law, among others.
