Kilian Baum is an Associate at KPMG Law. Since his admission to the bar in 2023, he has been working in the field of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
He advises national and international clients on company acquisitions and sales, reorganization and restructuring issues and corporate law in general.
Kilian Baum studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg with stations at the City of Nuremberg and KPMG Law, among others.
