As part of the KPMG Law team, Ian Maywald specializes in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and equity capital markets. He advises German and international companies as well as financial institutions and investors (private equity & venture capital) on acquisitions and sales of companies, joint ventures and general corporate law issues. In addition, he advises in connection with IPOs, capital increases and general capital market law issues.
