Daniel Kaut has twenty years of experience in providing legal advice to large corporations, owner-managed medium-sized companies and public sector companies on national and international M&A transactions, the formation and dissolution of joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and corporate law. From 2020 to 2024, Daniel Kaut was responsible for advising KPMG Law in the areas of corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, reorganization and insolvency. Since 2024, he has headed the Legal Corporate Service Solution Line, which bundles all areas of legal advice for private sector companies and comprises over 160 specialized lawyers.
