KPMG Law and KPMG advise Servicetrace founders on sale to Salesforce

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KMPG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) advised the founder of Servicetrace GmbH (Servicetrace) on the sale of his company to the German subsidiary of the US software company Salesforce.com, Inc. advise

Under the joint leadership of the two M&A partners Dr. Andreas Vath (Stuttgart) and Stefan Kimmel (Berlin), KPMG Law advised the founder and CEO Markus Duus on the sale of his company to the German subsidiary of the US software company Salesforce.com. The tax transaction advice was provided by the experts of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

Founded in 2004, Servicetrace specializes in the development of software robots and automation solutions and has a global presence as a technology company.

The contact was established through the Austrian M&A partner Dr. Wendelin Ettmayer (KPMG Law Buchberger Ettmayer Rechtsanwälte GmbH, Vienna) and the M&A advisor i5invest.
