KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) advised Eintracht Frankfurt Stadion GmbH on the structuring and implementation of the acquisition of shares in Dreieich Sportstätten Betriebs- und Marketing GmbH (DSBM).

Eintracht has acquired a majority stake in DSBM. KPMG advised Eintracht on the transaction structure and KPMG Law on its legal implementation.
