KPMG Law Dresden strengthens positioning of M&A Practice Group

With numerous M&A mandates, the team of KPMG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) headed by Dresden office manager Dr. Matthias Aldejohann has succeeded in consolidating and expanding its position in the regional M&A market in recent months.
In addition to its regional roots, the team benefits from its close integration into the KPMG network and the transfer of numerous Saxon companies from their founders to new corporate owners.
Among others, the following mandates were handled in the last few months:

Advising Mr. Gunter and Mr. Thomas Ehrlich on the sale of Ehrlich Werkzeug- und Gerätebau GmbH to Amphenol Corporation, USA, a NYSE-listed corporation with 32,000 employees in 50 countries.
