KPMG Law advises Automobil-Logistik-Mosolf on the sale of its business operations to Volkswagen Group Services and Volkswagen Immobilien

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) provided legal advice to Automobil-Logistik-Mosolf GmbH (Automobil-Logistik-Mosolf) on the sale of its business operations to Volkswagen Group Services GmbH (Volkswagen Group Services) and of the subleasehold belonging to the business operations to Volkswagen Immobilien GmbH (Volkswagen Immobilien).

Founded in 1991, Automobil-Logistik-Mosolf, based in Emden, Germany, specializes in services for vehicles, in particular deconservation, storage, cavity sealing and delivery inspection. Volkswagen Real Estate is responsible for corporate real estate management and real estate transactions within the Volkswagen Group.
