KPMG Law advises Tesoma shareholders on sale of shares to Kornit

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) provided legal advice to the shareholders of dryer manufacturer Tesoma GmbH (Tesoma), based in Lichtenau, Germany, on the sale of their shares in the company to Israel’s Kornit Digital Technologies Ltd (Kornit), based in Rosh Ha’Ayin.

The team of KPMG Law at the Dresden office with Dr. Matthias Aldejohann and Inke Reuter managed the entire divestment process including the preparation of the transaction-relevant documents and the support of the purchase agreement negotiations until the successful closing.

Tesoma was founded in 1993 and is one of the leading suppliers of, among other things, textile dryers. Israel-based Kornit says it is the market leader in sustainable, on-demand, digital fashion and textile production technologies. The integration of Kornit’s printing systems with Tesoma’s drying technology is expected to yield smart user features such as quality assurance mechanisms and Industry 4.0 connectivity and capabilities. In addition, the integration is expected to automate key steps in the production process.
