KPMG and KPMG Law cooperate with the German Association for Personnel Management

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) have been cooperating with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung (DGFP), the largest HR association in Germany, since November. The partners will hold joint network meetings.

On-site meetings are planned at the offices of KPMG and KPMG Law at various locations in Germany. Regular online events are also planned. The speakers will be experienced employment lawyers from KPMG Law and global mobility experts from KPMG. The program of the events will be developed jointly by the partners, with topics covering the entire spectrum of human resources, employment law and compliance-compliant implementation of modern forms of cross-border cooperation. The interdisciplinary approach of the three partners will provide a platform for questions and an open, lively discussion among the participants, as Dr. Thomas Wolf, Partner and Head of the Employment Law Cluster at KPMG Law, emphasizes: “Companies today are facing major challenges in the area of human resources due to increasingly strict rules and regulations. In already difficult economic times, they are therefore faced with considerable additional tasks. Our cooperation with the DGFP enables us to better understand these challenges and develop effective solutions together with our clients and DGFP members.” KPMG and the DGFP are also working closely together on the Global Mobility Conference 2025. The largest conference in this field for GM experts will take place next year on June 26 and 27, 2025 at KPMG in Berlin. KPMG and KPMG Law will also contribute expert knowledge here. The DGFP is the largest HR association in Germany with over 40,000 HR managers from more than 1,500 companies. With more than 350 events per year and almost 100 experience exchange groups, the DGFP promotes the networking of HR experts and acts as an ambassador for the HR community in politics, business and the media.
