Three KPMG Law partners honored by Best Lawyers

The Best Lawyers ranking, compiled in cooperation with Handelsblatt, lists the three KPMG Law partners Dr. Ulrich Thölke, Dr. Stefan Middendorf and Dr. Mario Mathias Ohle among the best lawyers in Germany. All lawyers receive the award for the repeated time.

Dr. Ulrich Thölke is a specialist lawyer for corporate law and head of the Berlin office. His areas of expertise include corporate investigations, governance advice and corporate litigation. He also heads the healthcare practice group at KPMG Law. Best Lawyers Germany has included him in its list of the best German lawyers for corporate law since 2012. This year, the award in M&A has been added.

Dr. Stefan Middendorf is responsible for employment law at KPMG Law and is based in Düsseldorf. His main areas of advice include issues of corporate co-determination, restructurings and labor law compliance. He has been on the Best Lawyers Germany list for labor wealth since 2016.

Dr. Mario Mathias Ohle advises on IT procurement law as well as on telecommunications and public sector law in Berlin. Best Lawyers included him in its 2010 list of the best lawyers for IT law.

The US publisher Best Lawyers is already publishing the 10th edition of the “Best Lawyers Germany” ranking. The list is based on the peer review system, is updated annually and published in Handelsblatt.
