Germany needs speed – in the interests of its economy, to achieve its climate targets and to maintain its security. The modernization of essential infrastructure is therefore crucial. The 500 billion euros in special funds alone will not be enough. There are tried and tested methods that the administration can use to implement important projects much faster.
