PMN Awards 2024 – Konstantin von Busekist honored as Managing Partner of the Year

For the 16th time, the PMN Awards shine a spotlight on outstanding law firm innovations and management achievements.
On September 18, the Professional Management Network, initiated by Claudia Schieblon, once again presented the awards in Düsseldorf and honored Konstantin von Busekist as Managing Partner of the Year.
The award is being followed with particular interest, as no application is possible in this category and the proposals to the jury are the result of a recent peer group survey.
From the jury’s laudation: “He took over the firm in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic and led it through an economically challenging time. Von Busekist repaid the trust placed in him several times over…. Like every manager, von Busekist’s actions must be measured against commercial success. And von Busekist also passed this test with flying colors.”
Konstantin von Busekist has been Managing Partner at KPMG Law since 2021 and KPMG Law EMA Leader since 2022.
Since 2009, the PMN Management Awards have honored innovations in management and business services from commercial law firms and multidisciplinary law firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The PMN Management Awards were presented in a total of seven categories.
In addition to categories such as business development, communication, legal tech and human resources, young, unusual law firm start-ups are honored in the Newcomer category.
Each year, an outstanding leader from the management of law firms is also honored.
Since 2019, initiatives in the area of sustainability have also been recognized.
