KPMG Law has strengthened its Düsseldorf office with the appointment of Marcello Toscani as Senior Manager, effective March 1, 2023.
Mr. Toscani comes from Peek & Cloppenburg KG in Düsseldorf, where he worked since 2005, most recently as Head of Legal and authorized signatory, and since 2009 additionally as authorized signatory for Anson’s Herrenhaus KG. He started his career at Görler und Partner, also in Düsseldorf.
At KPMG Law, his responsibilities include commercial and corporate law, real estate law and, in particular, commercial landlord and tenant law and financing. He joins the team of Dr. Stephan Tillkorn, Partner and Head of the Münster office, who had already joined KPMG Law in August 2022, also from Peek & Cloppenburg.
