KPMG Law has been awarded the “M&A Transaction Advisory” prize at this year’s M&A Award Night of the Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions e.V. (BM&A) and our client Q.ANT, together with TRUMPF, received the prize for the “Most Impactful Deal”. We received the award for advising Q.ANT GmbH on a Series A financing round.
The award ceremony took place on October 8, 2025 at the TIPI AM KANZLERAMT in Berlin. The award was accepted on behalf of Berlin-based KPMG Law Partner Stefan Kimmel and other colleagues.
