KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) provided comprehensive advice to the shareholders of Frerk Aggregatebau GmbH (Frerk) on the sale of all shares to DEUTZ Aktiengesellschaft (DEUTZ).
KPMG Law supported the transaction with a cross-service and cross-location team on legal issues. An interdisciplinary team from KPMG contributed its expertise in the areas of M&A, finance and tax to all transaction-related issues.
Frerk is a medium-sized manufacturer in the field of development and production of power generation systems and emergency power generators. The company offers energy solutions for industrial and commercial applications and employs around 210 people.
