Astronics Germany GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Astronics Corporation, an aerospace electronics company headquartered in East Aurora, New York, USA.
With this transaction, Bühler Motor GmbH is sharpening its profile and will focus more strongly on its core competencies in the future. At the same time, the future of Bühler Motor Aviation GmbH will be sustainably secured under the management of Astronics. Astronics is internationally renowned for solutions in aerospace electronics.
