KPMG Law advises CERTANIA Holding GmbH on the acquisition of RASG Holdco Ltd.

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) provided legal advice to CERTANIA Holding GmbH, a platform of the Munich-based PE firm Greenpeak Partners, on the acquisition of the British company RASG Holdco Ltd. by an investment vehicle.

RASG Holdco Ltd. is the sole shareholder of RAS Supply Chain Integrity Ltd, a retail supply chain management provider with a turnover of GBP 15.4 million in the past year 2023. CERTANIA is a global group with a presence on six continents. It tests and certifies products, processes and innovations in the areas of health and sustainability.

As part of the project, KPMG Law provided comprehensive legal advice on the drafting and negotiation of the contracts underlying the merger. KPMG Law worked closely with its British colleagues from KPMG Law UK.
