About Litigation & Arbitration

Clients of a law firm specialising in commercial law not only expect excellent know-how, industry knowledge as well as strong verbalisation and negotiation skills, but also convincing representation in litigious disputes.

Avoiding conflicts is always the top priority. Should, however, diverging interests arise, conflicts need to be analysed, managed and resolved. We start with preventive consulting even before the conflict has materialised. If this cannot be avoided, we develop strategies for effective and risk-orientated conflict resolution, including methods of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation. If the interests of our clients so require, we also represent them in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

We represent our clients in national and international civil and arbitration as well as mediation proceedings and other forms of alternative dispute resolution as well as in upstream administrative proceedings before supervisory and regulatory authorities. What’s more, our activities include representation in injunction proceedings as well as preservation of evidence and foreclosure proceedings.

We combine many years of experience in conflict management with legal expertise in all areas of commercial law and industry expertise.

Our activities focus on corporate law, conflicts in conjunction with company transactions, banking and insurance as well as insolvency law.
