Biography

Moritz von Drygalski studied law at the University of Hamburg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, with placements at, among others, internationally active German commercial law firms in Hamburg and the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin.

Since being admitted to the bar, he has worked for KPMG Law in Hamburg in the Corporate/M&A practice area. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, reorganizations, and restructurings, and provides corporate law advice to partnerships and corporations.
