Criminal tax law and conflicts
Martina Vietz works as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for tax law in Stuttgart and Munich.
As a manager in the practice group “Criminal Tax Law, Commercial Criminal Law and Tax Disputes”, the focus of her advice is on preventive advice in cases of tax evasion in the corporate sector and for private individuals, as well as representing clients against tax, customs and law enforcement authorities in cases of allegations of tax offenses and administrative offenses.
A further focus of her work is the enforcement of clients’ interests in disputed tax proceedings with the tax authorities and before the tax courts.
