Biography

Lara Glowienka has been a lawyer at KPMG Law since 2019. Within KPMG Law, she is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A practice group, in which more than 80 lawyers specialize in advising national and international companies. As a member of the Legal Financial Services service line, she primarily advises banks and financial service providers in her daily practice in the areas of contract, corporate and commercial law, including on group restructurings (national and cross-border) as well as on issues in the areas of banking supervisory law and regulatory compliance.

Before graduating and being admitted to the bar at the end of 2018, she studied and completed her legal clerkship in Hanover, Dublin and Tel Aviv with a focus on international law after completing a voluntary social year in Brazil.
