Biography

Konstantin von Busekist has been a lawyer since 2003 and joined KPMG Law in 2007. In 2009, he took over as head of the compliance practice and has coordinated KPMG Law Compliance’s global compliance practice network as a partner since 2011. In 2016, he took over as Head of Legal Corporate Services at KPMG Law with around 150 lawyers.

From 2021 – 2025 he was Managing Partner of KPMG Law, since 2022 he is KPMG Law EMA Leader. Within KPMG, he is also the market leader for Governance & Compliance.
