Felix Laquai was admitted to the bar in 2018 and since then has provided comprehensive advice to healthcare providers, e.g. owners of hospitals or nursing homes, medical care centers (MVZ) and joint practices of (dental) doctors as well as pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in all legal matters.
In addition to industry-specific transactions, his practice focuses in particular on restructuring and cooperation projects, the establishment of outpatient (MVZ) structures and ongoing advice on all regulatory facets of medical and healthcare law, in particular on licensing, remuneration and financing issues.
