Sabrina Riesenbeck has been working as a licensed lawyer in the Legal Financial Services department at KPMG Law since 2021. She studied at Leibniz University in Hanover, where she also completed her doctorate in group insolvency law. In addition to her academic work, she also worked for an insolvency administrator for several years, where she acquired in-depth knowledge of insolvency law and a strong understanding of economic interrelationships, which are of great benefit to her today, especially for practical advice from a corporate perspective.
She specializes in the areas of corporate law and M&A. In particular, she advises on general corporate law, reorganizations and restructurings.
