Andreas Fuchs

Biography

Andreas Fuchs advises the federal government, the states, and local governments on the legal framework governing state aid, grants, and budgetary matters for public projects, as well as on general administrative law issues. In the area of public procurement law, he assists public contracting authorities in structuring and implementing EU-wide and national procurement projects, particularly construction and infrastructure projects.

Andreas Fuchs studied law at Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg and the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, as well as business administration at the DHBW Stuttgart. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg, with an elective assignment at the 6th Senate of the Higher Administrative Court of Rhineland-Palatinate in Koblenz.
