André Giesen is a Senior Manager at KPMG Law in the Legal Deal Advisory department. He has extensive experience in advising companies and financial investors on national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and all questions of corporate law. Another focus of Mr. Giesen’s work is advising start-up companies, in particular on corporate law issues, financing and expansion abroad.
André Giesen is a member of the Cologne Bar Association, the Mergers & Acquisitions Alumni Deutschland e.V. and the JurGrad Alumni e.V.
