KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH (“KPMG Law”) has advised Mosburger GmbH, a company of Dunapack Packaging and part of the Austrian Prinzhorn Group, on the acquisition of Stora Enso’s German corrugated packaging operations.
The transaction includes Gaster Wellpappe GmbH (Heidelberg), Wellpappenfabrik Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (Grünstadt-Sausenheim), and PTI Packmitteltechnik GmbH (St. Ingbert), all of which have production facilities in southwestern Germany.
