
KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) provided legal advice to the KRASEMANN family on the sale of KRASEMANN Immobilien- & Gebäudeservice GmbH (KIGS) and KRASEMANN Immobilien Management GmbH (KIM) to Buena GmbH (Buena).
Krasemann has been a full-service provider for private and institutional investors for over 45 years and is responsible for the management, administration and marketing of residential and commercial real estate, among other things. Buena acquired all shares in KIGS and KIM by way of a share deal in December 2025. The share deal was completed at the end of February 2026.
Buena is a property management company founded in Germany in 2023. As part of a financing round led by Google Ventures, Buena is driving the expansion of AI-supported software solutions in the real estate sector as well as the acquisition and digitalization of existing property management companies.
KPMG Law provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the entire transaction process, including the drafting and negotiation of the contracts underlying the transaction.
