Lucas Kalischko studied law at the University of Constance, specializing in business and financing. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart. Since being admitted to the bar, he has worked for KPMG Law in Stuttgart in the Corporate/M&A department. He advises national and international clients on corporate transactions, reorganizations and restructurings as well as on all issues of partnership and corporate law.
