Just like Maximiliane Prüm. A lawyer specializing in corporate law and M&A, she regularly manages the legal aspects of international projects such as carve-outs, legal entity reductions and other restructurings as well as M&A transactions. Depending on the type of project, she is supported by her KPMG colleagues from the Tax, IT Consulting, Deal Advisory and HR Consulting departments.

Your mission

Maximiliane manages her clients’ project plans and holds the reins, no matter how many companies in how many countries are involved. Her aim is to manage the projects in such a way that the client receives as little effort as possible with a high level of legal advice. It is important to her that

In projects, she always works together with lawyers from the respective countries – usually from KPMG Law’s international network.
