KPMG Law advises Dehn Instatec on acquisition of EAS Elektro-Anlagen-Service

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG LAW) advised Dehn Instatec GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in EAS Elektro-Anlagen-Service GmbH.

Dehn Instatec is a company of the Dehn group of companies. Dehn offers protection solutions, services and expertise for surge, lightning and industrial protection used for building, energy and infrastructure applications. The group generates around 300 million euros in sales per year and employs around 1,900 people worldwide.

EAS Elektro-Anlagen-Service, based in Ebersberg near Munich, is active in the field of electrical installation, smart home solutions, eMobility, EDP cabling and fire protection in the greater Munich area.

KPMP Law assisted Dehn Instatec in the acquisition, in particular conducted the legal due diligence and was responsible for providing legal advice in the drafting and negotiation of the contract underlying the transaction
