Biography

More than twenty lawyers are now dedicated to real estate law at KPMG Law throughout Germany. This means that our clients regularly find effective teams in their immediate vicinity who have excellent knowledge of the local locations, properties and players as well as the rental and transaction markets. Rainer Algermissen provides ongoing advice on real estate investments with a focus on retail properties and hotels. He is also involved in the ICG Institut für Corporate Governance der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft e.V. (Institute for Corporate Governance in the German Real Estate Industry) and in the “Legal” and “Hotel Real Estate” working groups of the ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V. (German Property Federation).
Since 2017, he has also been a lecturer at the HWR Berlin School of Economics and Law.
