Gabriel Pausch, the co-founder and main shareholder of Käppler & Pausch GmbH, a system supplier for metal assemblies as well as metal and sheet metal processing with 160 employees in Neukirch/Lausitz, has sold and transferred his shares to the two managing directors Thomas Wilisch and Philipp Beuermann and the WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen as part of a management buy-out. The sale took place as part of the age-related transfer of the company to the two managing directors. They intend to continue to manage the company operationally in the future, develop it further and thus continue the company’s history. The investment by WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen is intended to help further strengthen the company’s competitiveness through targeted investments. The founding shareholder Gabriel Pausch was advised by a Dresden team led by partner Matthias Aldejohann from KPGM Law.
