KPMG Law advised the legal team of Robert Bosch GmbH, a multinational technology and services company headquartered in Gerlingen near Stuttgart, on the carve-out of the product business of the Building Technologies Division for security and communication technology (Bosch Building Technologies) in more than 30 jurisdictions as part of the sale to the European investment company Triton.
The divested and sold business is a leading global provider of innovative solutions for security and professional communication. The portfolio includes intelligent product solutions in the areas of video systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems and communication systems. The business generates sales of over one billion euros and employs around 4,300 people at 90 locations worldwide.
