Since July, Germany has had a new law to combat climate change. Can companies, real estate investors, non-governmental organizations and private individuals sue the state if it fails to meet its obligations? According to one lawyer, this is possible – albeit in a roundabout way. KPMG Law expert Moritz Püstow explains more about this in an interview.
