KPMG Law strengthens its team with Dr. Robert Müller as Senior Manager Corporate Law/M&A in Hamburg and Dr. Verena Poschmann as Senior Manager Public Procurement Law in Berlin.
Since the beginning of the year, Dr. Robert Müller has joined the Corporate/M&A team at the Hamburg office as Senior Manager. He joins from Latham & Watkins, where he advised national and international companies and financial investors primarily in the areas of M&A, private equity and general corporate law. He previously worked at Watson Farley & Williams and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Since January 15, Dr. Verena Poschmann has also been part of the Public Sector team in Berlin as Senior Manager for Public Procurement Law. She comes from Müller-Wrede Rechtsanwälte. She worked there for more than 20 years, since 2010 as a salary partner. Poschmann has focused on public procurement law throughout her career and, as a specialist lawyer, has assisted public clients in the implementation of national and EU-wide procurement procedures. She also advised federal and state ministries and public companies on policy-related projects.
