On April 1, 2019, Dr. Christian Nordholtz will join KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) as a partner. In his new position, Nordholtz will expand the Hanover site. The 37-year-old joins from Göhmann Rechtsanwälte, where he had worked since 2017. With him, Vera-Carina Boes joins KPMG Law as a senior associate. In addition, a further new colleague will join the team, so that from April onwards, with Christian Nordholtz, there will be five lawyers working in Hanover.
Nordholtz’s practice focuses on M&A transactions/corporate law and complex litigation (primarily mass litigation and model declaratory judgment actions).
“KPMG Law has an interesting digitization strategy, a very good IT infrastructure with cross-location cooperation between lawyers, and a clear will to invest in legal services in the long term,” comments Christian Nordholtz.
Dr. Nikolaus Vincent Manthey, Partner and CHRO of KPMG Law: “We are very pleased to have gained Christian Nordholtz, a highly qualified colleague with an excellent network in the market. Christian Nordholtz has an excellent feel for trends and developments in the legal market and is therefore the ideal candidate for us to expand the Hanover location for KPMG Law and to help shape KPMG Law’s growth agenda as a Partner.”
