KPMG Law and KPMG advise Windmöller & Hölscher on the sale of the textile machinery division to Starlinger

KPMG Law and KPMG are advising Windmöller & Hölscher KG (Windmöller & Hölscher) on the sale of its textile machinery division to Starlinger & Co Gesellschaft m.b.H (Starlinger).

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) have comprehensively advised Windmöller & Hölscher on the sale of its fabric machinery division to Starlinger. In the course of the transaction, Starlinger acquires the Austrian subsidiary W&H Machinery GmbH, based in Vienna, as well as numerous assets of Windmöller & Hölscher Machinery k.s. belonging to the fabric machinery division.

Windmöller & Hölscher, based in Lengerich, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of machines and systems for the production of flexible packaging. Headquartered in Vienna, Starlinger is one of the market leaders in machines for the production of woven bags and a technology leader in systems for plastics recycling.
